Seeking 2 Additional Sponsors for 34” Knute Rockne Sculptures at Notre Dame

Hi Notre Dame Sports Fans,

We’re working with The History Museum in South Bend on their Knute Rockne Exhibition (Aug 2025–May 2026):   https://www.historymuseumsb.org/see-do/exhibits-2/

I’ve sculpted two original busts of Knute Rockne — one with his signature fedora and one as coach. We’re now enlarging both into 34-inch, bigger-than-life sculptures for the museum’s main gallery. Those two are fully sponsored.

But we’ve just been given an exciting new opportunity to support the exhibition even further:
Notre Dame has approved space for two additional enlarged Rockne sculptures to be displayed on campus during football season.

We’re now looking for two more sponsors to help make that happen. One will be placed at the Eck Visitors Center, and we’re currently working to place at a prominent second location.

After the exhibition, the sculpture is yours to keep — or donate it to a club, organization, or school, etc.  It’s a one-of-a-kind fine art piece that ties your name directly to Rockne’s legacy.

Since the original sculptures are already completed, your investment would simply cover the 3D scanning, printing, tooling & finishing, coloring, patina and clearcoat of the oversized pieces, crating and shipping to South Bend. Your name (or business) will appear on the display plaques and will be promoted throughout the exhibition.

Additionally, The History Museum has agreed to provide promotional support for sponsors, including:

• Inclusion on the exhibition page of their website
• Mention in related press releases
• Social media shoutouts during the exhibition
• Recognition in the museum’s e-newsletter
• Inclusion in the printed exhibit guide

Sponsors will also be invited to the exhibition’s Gala Opening on August 22nd, celebrating Knute Rockne’s legacy alongside museum supporters and Notre Dame community leaders.

This is a unique, affordable way to be part of something big and leave a lasting mark in Rockne’s story.
